At Visity, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered services to businesses. As we operate as an online platform delivering digital services, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for payments made.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our services are digital in nature and are activated immediately upon the start of a paid subscription. We invest significant resources in providing, maintaining, and improving our platform infrastructure, AI capabilities, and onboarding support to ensure our customers receive full value from day one.
The 15-day free trial is offered specifically so that you can evaluate the Service with real customers before making any payment. We encourage all prospective customers to make full use of the trial period before committing to a subscription.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing but does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid for the current billing period.

Exceptions
In the event of a duplicate charge or a verified billing error on our part, we will investigate and process a correction promptly. Please contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@visity.ai with your transaction details.
