Visity starts at ₹10,000 per month, or ₹90,000 per year (saving you ₹30,000). This is Visity's platform fee and includes the AI agent and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns. WhatsApp message delivery charges are billed separately by Meta and vary by recipient country. For businesses with higher volumes, multiple locations, or custom requirements, we offer an Enterprise plan. Reach out to discuss.

Most businesses see Visity handling real customer conversations within 24 hours of setup. Lead qualification and after-hours response improvement is visible from day one. We set up everything on a guided call. You don't need a developer or any technical knowledge.

A WhatsApp AI agent is an automated assistant that handles incoming messages on your WhatsApp Business number around the clock. It understands customer questions in natural language and responds instantly, without any human involvement. The Visity AI agent answers FAQs, qualifies leads, collects contact details, and alerts you when it needs human support.

Yes. Visity is built on the Official Meta WhatsApp Business API and is an Approved Meta Tech Provider. All messaging is fully compliant with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service. Your number will not be banned or restricted when using Visity.

The Official WhatsApp Business API is the only Meta-approved way to send automated messages on WhatsApp at scale. Unlike third-party workarounds, it carries zero risk of your number being banned. Visity connects your business through this official channel, meaning your WhatsApp number stays safe and your business remains fully compliant.

The AI agent understands and responds in any language, including English, Hindi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Tamil, Arabic, Spanish, Hinglish, and many more. Language is detected automatically from the customer's message, so no configuration is needed.

Yes. The Visity AI agent processes WhatsApp voice notes sent by your customers. It transcribes the audio, understands the query, and responds appropriately. Customers who prefer speaking over typing are fully supported with no additional setup required.

You define the qualification criteria for your business, such as budget, location, timeline, or product interest. When a customer messages your WhatsApp, the agent collects this information naturally during the conversation. Once all criteria are gathered, the contact is marked as a qualified lead in your dashboard, complete with full profile details ready for your sales team.

The free trial gives you full access to every Visity feature at no cost. No credit card is required to start. You connect your WhatsApp number, train the AI with your business information, and handle real customer conversations during the trial. After the trial, you can choose to continue with a paid plan or cancel with no obligation.

The annual plan includes everything: 24/7 AI agent on WhatsApp, WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, knowledge base with support for text, PDFs, images, and Google Sheets, automated lead qualification and capture, admin dashboard with live chat and full history, flagged conversation alerts via email, multilingual support including voice notes, Official Meta WhatsApp Business API connection, and assisted onboarding. The ₹90,000/year fee covers the Visity platform. WhatsApp message delivery charges are billed separately by Meta.

When the AI encounters a question it cannot confidently answer, the conversation is automatically flagged. You receive an instant email notification. The flagged question appears in a dedicated section of your dashboard where you can review it and add the answer to your knowledge base. This keeps your agent improving over time.

Regular WhatsApp Business requires a human to manually reply to every message. It offers basic automated greetings and away messages but has no conversational AI. Visity uses large language models to understand and respond to any customer question, around the clock, every day of the week, without any manual effort from your team.

Visity processes only the data necessary to respond to customer messages. We do not sell or share your customers' data with third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You retain full ownership of all conversation data collected on your account.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Since the plan is annual, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation penalties or fees.

When a conversation needs personal attention, any member of your team can take over from your WhatsApp Business account directly. The AI pauses automatically when a human is active in a conversation. Once the conversation is resolved, the AI resumes handling new messages from that customer.

Yes. Every qualified lead and conversation can be exported as a CSV file, ready for upload to any CRM. Native integrations with popular tools are on the roadmap. If you have a specific integration need, contact the team to discuss it.

Visity works best for any business that receives customer enquiries on WhatsApp. It is particularly effective for e-commerce stores, real estate agencies, clinics, coaching businesses, travel agencies, and restaurants. If your team is spending time answering repetitive WhatsApp messages, Visity can automate that work entirely.

Getting started is quick. Click here to start onboarding. The Visity setup takes 10 to 15 minutes. There are two steps: (1) Meta Business verification, and (2) getting a virtual number and having your display name approved by Meta. Once you sign up, our side is done in 10 to 15 minutes. Meta's approval then takes 24 to 48 hours, after which your AI agent goes live. No technical expertise required.
