Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Visity. We understand the importance of every event and exhibition you plan and manage through our platform. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and transparent. By using our SERVICE, you agree to this policy and its terms.

 

  1. No Refunds on Completed Payments: 

    1. Once a payment has been completed, it is final. Visity will not process any refunds, either partial or full, for any payments made towards our software services.

  2. Event Cancellation & Advance Payments: 

    1. In the event that you have made an advance payment for a specific event or exhibition and subsequently that event is cancelled for any reason:

      1. Visity will not provide a monetary refund.

      2. Instead, we will credit the amount of the advance payment to your Visity account. This credited amount can be applied towards future events or services on our platform.

  3. Credit Validity: Credits provided due to event cancellations will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance. After the 1-year validity period, unused credits will expire and will no longer be available for use.

  4. Application of Credits: Credits can be applied towards any service available on Visity, but cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a different account.

  5. Changes to Our Policy: Visity reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and we will make efforts to communicate any significant changes to our users.
